While our studio doors might be closed, we are currently offering ONLINE streaming classes that you may participate in at home!

Important notes:

  • Pre-Registration through MindBody is REQUIRED
  • Meetings are held in ZOOM, please create a Zoom account on your computer or download the app on your mobile device ZOOM.us
  • Once you are registered in MindBody, you will be emailed a Zoom Webinar registration link
  • Register for the Zoom Webinar through the email link
  • Join the Webinar (yoga class) at the start time of the class!
  • (If you cannot come at the start of class, you will have access to the class ON-DEMAND after it has finished, but Pre-Registration through Zoom is still required.)
