The busyness of our contemporary lives typically does not include grounding. Being and feeling grounded is one of the most significant and fundamental elements of being human. Learning how and why to organize, align and respect our hands and feet play an integral role in finding equipoise and stability in all things.

This 6-hour intensive combines subtle energies and structural precision into practice while integrating yoga sutras of Patanjali, contemplative education and meditation. The anatomical focus will concentrate on hands and feet, building and sustaining the essential foundation for practitioners of all levels on and off your mat.
