Guided Meditation with Live Sitar Music

Friday, September 21, 2018

Come celebrate World Peace Day with a one hour restorative experience, created by the relaxing voice of Marie Jean Singh and soothing sitar music based on the healing ancient sacred music of India with Scott Wilder. Participants will be lying down in a comfortable position the entire time, so please bring your mat and anything else such as an eye pillow to create a comfortable environment.

The class is simple, Marie Jean will lead the relaxation yoga nidra meditation and Scott will create beautiful soft background music to release stress in body and mind.
