Join Dr Alison McLean to learn more about the your knees, and how even though you have discomfort in the knees, the true root source of the problem maybe in another area of the body. Learn why you have discomfort in your knees, what you can do to strengthen them, how you can reduce pain and prevent knee osteoarthritis so you can stay active, mobile and independent as you age.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn a sequence you can practice at home to keep you strong and mobile.
  • Learn the root cause to knee discomfort
  • Unravel asymmetries in your body side to side and learn how to bring balance

Alison McLean DPT, E-RYT, IAYT has been a practicing Yogi since 2001, and has utilized Yoga Therapy to heal from injuries herself! Following receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University, Alison has completed several Yoga Therapy trainings from experienced teachers such as Rachel Krentzman, Judith Hansen Lasater, and Carolyn Belko. Her classes are a unique blend of all her experiences and education.
