Take a break from our busy schedules and replenish yourself with this half day retreat.

Often we ignore messages from our body or mind in pursuit of paths “we feel we should” be taking. This leads to pain, discomfort, stress and a feeling of fulfillment. Let go of the shoulds, and learn a whole other way of being to unlock your highest potential.

During the four hours we will slow down with breath work, meditation, asana and essential oils to move past barriers and release tension. Space in the body and mind will be created through a combination of restorative and active yoga postures. This sense of renewal and strength will ignite creativity and inspiration to guide you down your true path. Meet new friends or just spend some time in a safe place of stillness and restoration. Leave with a swag bag of goodies keeping you connected to feelings created in the retreat when you are back at home.

Alison McLean DPT, E-RYT 200 has been a practicing Yogi since 2001, and has utilized Yoga Therapy to heal from injuries herself Following receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University, Alison has completed several Yoga Therapy trainings from experienced teachers such as Rachel Krentzman, Judith Hansen Lasater, and Carolyn Belko. Her classes are a unique blend of all her experiences and education.
