Living Yoga with Chris Morris

Chris teaches classes she calls “Living Yoga.” These are classes for all levels, but the focus is for intermediate students that have had some yoga asana practice. Chris’ teachings of yoga poses (asana) is based on Hatha 1-2 formats, with strong offerings of variations for different bodies. Yoga is a practice to increase and improve our relationship to living. Yoga is a practice of Union. In these classes, the poses are meant to be shaped to our bodies, not to fit our bodies into shapes. Chris gives suggestions and variations with her teaching so you are able to meet the practice in a way that enhances your life. Yoga is a living practice. It is meant to allow us to keep living as fully as possible—in body, mind, emotions and spirit— while creating deeper experiences of connection through your unique body.
