  • Simple yoga poses to do at home, and use for in-class modifications
  • How to make sure your joint pain is not aggravated in yoga poses
  • Ways to sleep better, an essential step to decreasing pain

 

In this workshop, we will address pain in the neck, shoulders, elbows and wrists, lower back, hips, and knees.
