- How to make sure your joint pain is not aggravated in yoga poses
- Ways to sleep better, an essential step to decreasing pain

Part One: Saturday January 11 – 1:00-4:00 PM
In Part One the focus will be on relieving the pain in the lower back, hips, knees and feet.
Part Two: Saturday February 1 – 1:00 – 4:00 PM
In Part Two the focus will be on relieving pain in the shoulders, neck, wrists and hands.
