Seated Poses & Restorative - Iyengar Workshop with Courtney Yezzi

In this workshop, we will use a brief standing pose practice incorporating many of the concepts from the previous workshops so that we can quickly move into our seated pose practice. We will have a focus on Janu Sirsasana (head of the knee pose), Upavistha Konasana (seated wide angle pose), and Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose). We will conclude with a few favorite restorative poses such as Supta Virasana (reclined hero pose), Supta Baddha Konasana (reclined bound angle pose) and Viparita Karani (inverted doing pose). Truly an all-levels class and a great way to conclude our summer workshop series together.
