It’s frustrating and embarrassing when you’re a smart, spiritual woman who has done tons of inner work and you still can’t break the binge cycle.

I should know because that was me for most of my life. From the outside you would never know – I looked together. I was a health and fitness expert, running a health club – the face of Pilates in my community, and an inspiration to many.

But inside I felt like a total fraud. I was constantly thinking about food, obsessing over what to eat, what I should be eating and what I needed to do to make up for what I had already eaten…it was a full time job.

It was hard to be present at work and in my relationships and the shame held me back from truly living and helping more people.

All I wanted was for constant food obsession and anxiety to go away so I could be present, feel connected and be comfortable in my own skin.

But I felt stuck. I didn’t know what to do. It was crazy making and I felt so alone.

It wasn’t until I discovered that the key to getting free from my food addiction wasn’t in figuring out how to control my food, but in learning how to let go and live by inner guidance that I was finally able to end the obsession and have peace with food.

And today, it’s my honor and deep pleasure to show women all over the world how to do the same.

So they can end the obsession and be more present have the time and energy to do what they really love.

Because women who struggled with their relationship with food have typically wasted years and sometimes decades trying to figure it out.

I want to help women get free from all that stuff. So they can feel more confident, trust themselves to make healthy choices and stop hiding and holding back in life.

Which is why I’m so excited to teach you what has worked for me and what I’ve witnessed work for women all over the world at the upcoming workshop, Food Freedom: 3 Keys To End Food Obsession So You Can Have More Presence and Peace January 15th 1 PM – 4 PM at Yoga Del Mar.

You can get all the details and rsvp by clicking here.

So looking forward to connecting with you in this intimate, non-intimidating environment where we can get real and get into the solution that really works.

With love,
Debbie
