Stress Reduction Course - 8 weeks with Katie Harris

This program is designed around the principles of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction developed in 1979 by Jon-Kabot-Zinn. MBSR is a data driven program using the wisdom of our bodies to help us respond to stress with clarity.

Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, over and over again. Like yoga, it is a practice, a method aimed at cultivating awareness.

During this unprecedented time here on our earth, we are providing you with the opportunity to look at the mind-body connection and use your inner-directed focus to live more fully and with ease of being.

  • You may join this class either IN-PERSON, or ONLINE via interactive Zoom Meeting online
  • Zoom links will be sent on the day class begins
  • Course limited to 10 people IN-PERSON, however, more can join ONLINE
