Jenn Smith

Jenn discovered yoga in the year 2000 after returning home from two adventure-filled years in South America. Yoga soon became a new adventure and an integral part of Jenn’s life, and she has since been deeply inspired by the teachings and talents of Geri Portnoy, Michelle Bouvier, John Friend, Betsey Downing, Noah Maze and Desiree Rumbaugh.

Jenn believes in the power of yoga to continuously shift our perspectives, foster a deep sense of grounding and contentment, empower us beyond our beliefs and transform our relationship with our bodies. It was a natural step for Jenn to begin teaching in 2007 and share something she values so much with her students. She hopes that her students are able to discover what yoga personally means to them in her class and to utilize this to live fuller and more authentic lives.

Sunday 11:00-12:15 PM – Hatha 1

Ideal for beginners of all ages. Includes basic yoga poses and breathing. Gentle pace, emphasis on detailed alignment instruction.
