Shazia Gogia


Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Chef, and Author of “Alchemy of Ayurvedic Cooking”.

A life-long yogini and meditator, Shazia started teaching yoga in 2005. With 600 hours of training in classical Hatha, Integrative Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, and Meditation, and E-RYT500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), Shazia teaches classical Hatha yoga, restorative, gentle, yin, prenatal, YOGA THERAPY, and meditation.

Shazia is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic chef with 1000 hours training in Ayurveda, and author of “Alchemy of Ayurvedic Cookery”.  Shazia offers Ayurvedic lifestyle and wellness counseling, teaches private as well as group Ayurvedic cooking classes, offers cooking consultations based on your unique constitution, life style, challenges, health issues, constraints and constitutional pattern of body-mind-consciousness.
