The Usual Suspects –
Healing Problem Areas through Movement, Embodiment and Awareness Principles
with Chris Morris

“Where you stumble is where you find your treasure.” – Joseph Campbell

Do you have challenge areas, that no matter how you address them, they keep returning?

Working with challenge areas can be shifted as we address multiple layers that are involved.

In this workshop, we will work with our somatic (felt sense) body, nervous system, emotional, energy and relational aspects that are involved with our chronic pain and dysfunction,

This workshop is for you if:

  • You have chronic pain and physical challenges
  • You feel stuck anywhere in your life; including your vocation, your life-flow, or your energy
  • You repeatedly experience unwanted relationship outcomes
  • You have an overactive mind
  • You would like to deepen your connection to a wider and deeper consciousness

In our time together, we will work with the relational and somatic nature of our human experience, through body, emotions, energy and consciousness.

You will learn:

  • Breathing, sound and movement tools and techniques to work with your physical body
  • Nervous system states, their impact on your physical and emotional states, and how to work with them
  • How to listen to what your body is telling you
  • How to create a compassionate, loving and potent relationship to yourself
  • How to attune and enlist your Inner Healer and True Essence to help you process and transfigure challenge areas

If you want more freedom, flow and life flourishing, this workshop is for you.
