Yoga & Movement Lab – Principles to Cultivate Longevity through Movement with Chris Morris & Camilla Sinclair

Once a month, Chris and Camilla will hold open two hours of time and space to explore and develop movement awareness that rejuvenates body, mind and beyond. Movement is life. As we age, our bodies require a variety of movement experiences to keep our physical, mental, emotional, energy and nervous systems supple and able to perform the tasks we ask of them. Each month will include hip, core and shoulder education and re-education. We will learn the how’s and why’s to improve our relationship between our dynamic core and our arm and leg experiences. We will explore subtle experience through our physical vehicles. Enhance your yoga or movement practice with nourishing actions designed to balance, create freedom, increase subtle awareness and add fluidity to feed our layered body systems. Join us in the lab to shift and learn new habits which:

  • Improve strength
  • Improve posture
  • Increase flexibility
  • Heal injuries
  • Create resilience
  • Feed curiosity
  • Expand balance
  • Educates and empowers

Workshops held monthly on the LAST Saturday of each month. February will be taught by Chris, March will be taught by Camilla.

$99 for 3 sessions
Space is limited to 12 people – reserve your spot early!

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat (mats available at studio for rental).
